Beijing Dongke Branch held the first kick-off meeting of the tenth session of 2021 in the booming Yangchun March.
At the meeting, we not only organized activities that helped everyone to unite more, we also listened to the stories between outstanding salespersons and customers, and we also took the “Going to Fight Oath”.
In the first part, we conducted a group activity game PK. The significance of the game is to quickly unite everyone in a short time, so that everyone can think of a way to complete the game in the shortest time.
The game has 5 tasks that need to be completed, and you can adjust the order in which the tasks are completed. This tested everyone’s ranking of the difficulty of task completion.
In each task, not everyone is used, because this means that everyone has their own advantages and disadvantages in teamwork and needs to be used together to achieve the effect of one plus one greater than two.
Finally, in the unleaded group, there will be a potential person with leadership potential. Tell everyone that the team must have a leader, that the leader and the team must be correct in the general direction and coordinate all parties.

In the third part, we conducted the formulation and reading of performance goals. A team can only achieve it with a clear goal. Through this kick-off meeting, we boosted morale and improved the company’s cohesion.
